Has a good playground on it, good amount of seating yet nice open space. Ample shading trees to keep out of the sun or sit under and an information board in the corner to give you the heads up about the town. The clock was an interesting architectural feature and the place has some nice hedges neatly trimmed to perfection.

White kangaroos are worth a look. Would love to see more varieties of macropods here. Plus other local native species.

Apex park is a credit to Bordertown. Very clean amenities, lots of tables and seats. Great playground for children. Very relaxing place to break your journey.

Nice park for the children to have a break along the Vic. - S.A. Drive. Toilets good, seating and tables available for lunch and close to shops to top up supplies. Worth the stop.
