Bathware Direct

Says easy return but brought a vanity 6 months ago and it has started to swell. Said it is from water damage from a brand new bathroom renovation….

Purchased everything online site unseen. The products arrived extremely fast and well packaged. One item was missing something in the box, and the customer service was very prompt and sent the missing piece right away. I would highly recommend purchasing from them and will be telling my family and friends to do the same.

Iv purchased quite a few items over the past 2 years without an issue. The staff have been, for the most part, pleasant to deal with. On the last two occasions, I dealt with Logan. I purchased a sink through him as the lady I originally dealt with wasn't there on that occasion. I believe her name was Kristy; she's quite easy to deal with and efficient at her job. I cannot say the same for Logan as he took over 20 mins out the back looking up the item that I wanted to purchase. I stood at the counter watching him sit there having a laugh with one of the other workers. I eventually had to intervine and ask how long was it going to take. As a week or so earlier I watched Kristy take less than 5 minutes to do the same thing on the counter computer. When he eventually came out to confirmed availability of the sink I paid and left. When I got back to the office I had Kristy's quote and I noticed roughly a $30 higher price difference. I called up and spoke to Logan about the pricing difference and we agreed to sort it out when I came back to pick up the sink. When I arrived to pick up the sink i showed Logan the card with the price, he tried to claim that I made the quote up. I then got a little defensive as he tried to make me out to be a liar. To be perfectly clear I didn't really care about the money. He could have easily said there's been a price increase or that Kristy made a mistake and I would have accepted it. However he tried to make it out that I made it up. Once the manager came out and saw the quote and the hand writing she acknowledged that Kristy wrote the quote.. once all that played out they all became rude and lacked any customer service including Kristy. Kristy then completed the refund and said just deal with me in the future and I replied there will be no next time which she replied we will be fine without your business... absolutely shocking service not even an apology.... I can see why there reviews over the past 12 months have been terrible. The staff lack customer service and empathy... Find another business to deal with as this one is trash...Edit: Reply to bathware's response.. You believe calling someone a liar is acceptable customer service..?? Taking long is one thing but to not apologise for calling someone a liar after it was confirmed they were telling the truth. Stop defending someone's poor judgment and incompetence. Your staff was in the wrong...

Excellent customer service. Also wide variety of bathroom products to choose from. I had to pick up some taps it was cheaper than other places. Good that I came across this place.

Not bad for an online shopping experience, at least they've got a display room. Minimum customer service, everything is a bit on the slow side and no greeting or acknowledgement while waiting at the counter. The item return is not as smooth as with bunnings. Item received in a box with no seal or manual / component chart. Upon return (due to unfit), has to be charged 15% stocking fee" reason being "some plastic missing " even though that's what we originally received through delivery."

Absolute joke of a place, first of the quality of the products they sell are worth no more then what's sold in a 2 dollar shop, secondly the return policy that this place has is a joke, bought 3 toilet that weren't able to be installed at the time of purchase due to the pandemic we are in and when it came time to installation one of the toilet was completely shattered in the box. When I went to get it exchanged I was told the return policy was 48hours from time of delivery and anything after that was no longer there responsibility and was told I would need to pay for a new toilet. People be careful when purchasing here for these reasons. Quality is very poor including shower heads and several other tap wear. Better spend the same amount of money somewhere else where the quality is actually decent.

Amazing customer service. I was in a tight spot so they arranged for me to pick up directly from the supplier the next day, resulting in a happy builder :)

Great experience. The items arrived quickly and safely. don't know how these guys are so cheap but their stuff is good.

Me and my wife we very impressed with the service provided by the Bathware Direct team. As soon as we entered the showroom we were immediately greeted and welcomed by the wonderful Logan. He made our trip down their well worth it and made the process a breeze for us. I would definitely be shopping with them again. :)
