Titles Strata Management - Inner West

We have had a horrible experience with TSM which is still continuing though we have changed to a new Strata Management.If you are thinking about moving your Strata to TSM BEWARE.I can only think the positive comments on here are from overpaid tradesman or family.They provide no service, no meetings, no advice but do charge outlandish rates & very underhanded tactics to inexperienced Strata committees.Pending legal proceedings stop me from detailing further information.

I met David from Titles Strata Management several years ago when our executive committee were searching to replace our strata management for our large scheme.Best decision I have made was to get them onboard. Since then, our scheme is managed impeccably, all round. From the day to day maintenance, to audits, insurances, by laws and any other legal requirements, TSM take care of it all, and on time!I would like to mention too, that David, even though he is the branch’s manager, is always happy to take a call, and clear some time in his busy schedule, to speak to his clients. He is a valuable leader for this branch, and I hope we can use his and his team’s services for may more year to come.

We have dealt with Titles Strata for about 10 years now. We have found them to be very responsive and professional in all our dealings with them. Most recently, Evangeline has been very knowledgable and helpful with our needs. I would highly recommend their services.

Our building manager deserves immense appreciation for their exceptional support and dedication during a recent emergency. Danti responded promptly, even late at night, and resolved the issue efficiently. Danti’s professionalism, genuine concern, and willingness to go the extra mile highlight his commitment to resident satisfaction. We are fortunate to have such an outstanding individual overseeing our building's management, and I highly recommend Danti Zaradosh for their remarkable work assistance.

Vihanga Marasinghe has been courteous, prompt and professional in assisting with my property management jobs & enquires.

The current strata Manager Vihanga is very cooperative and attend the matter as soon as possible. He resolved few issues with proper direction and found him attention to detail. People like Vihanga is a proper fit as a property manager who listens to the matter discuss it and respond it professionally.

If you are thinking of engaging the services of Titles Strata I would encourage you not to do so.Titles do not manage outstanding works in a timely fashion, electronic communication is poor and requires many follow ups to attain a response. Our Owners Corporation has recently made the decision to end our contract due to ongoing issues.Do your homework look elsewhere, you will be happy you did!!

Brandon, you and your team are probably one of the best strata managers I have dealt with. The professionalism, knowledge and quick answers to queries I have received every time I have called your office is second to none.I definitely recommend Titles Strata Management to my clients as I know they will be looked after. Our building has never had any luck with Strata Managers until we came across Titles Strata Management 5 years ago. Brandon and the team are so efficient and communicate with our committee regularly.
