Everyone at Red Hill Dental from reception through to the dentists are great; friendly, professional and caring. Dr Ying Hu explains everything really well, is very gentle and proficient in caring for your teeth. Their equipment is exceptional in showing any faults with your teeth as well as carrying out the necessary dental procedures. Even crowns can be carried out in house within the day. I'd highly recommend them.

I think I somehow just enjoyed a visit to the dentist...! Everyone knows it's not a pleasant experience to have your mouth prodded and poked at but from the minute I booked my appointment online, the team at Red Hill demonstrated unparalleled patient care. Tiffany was excellent, informative, gentle and thorough. The dental assistants and reception staff were super friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend.

Shop around. I went in with severe tooth pain, only to be told my emergency appointment was only a consultation, and then I’d be required to book a series of appointments with exorbitant fees. I found another dentist who promptly attended to my needs in 2 appointments at a fraction of the cost. Update: practice manager called me today to discuss my experience and offered me a refund for the initial consultation.

I can't recommend Red Hill Dental enough. I have had problems with my gums since I was a teenager and have developed dental anxiety. But the entire Red Hill Dental’s team, the friendly receptionists and assistants and especially Jeff and Dr. Ying have been kind and patient with me. They carefully explained every step and the reason for what they were doing. I feel that I have less anxiety now and, finally, after a treatment with Jeff and following his advice, I can see a substantial improvement in my gums.I am very happy with them.

I had an overall had pleasant and good visits to Red Hill Dental the team there are very friendly and professional, Dr Tiffany looked after me for both treatments, walking through what she was going to be doing and making me comfortable aswell as answering the questions that I had for her along with Aylin and Mikayla helping Dr Tiffany.Having Tahnee run through the cost of each thing that was done and making it an easy process to claim with my health fund.

Couldn't recommend enough! Dr Henry and team provided service that is absolutely incomparable to any other dentist I've seen previously, examining my teeth, gums and jaw with exceptional care.
