Their stylist are very good skill wise and friendly enough. Some of them don't speak good English and they'd much prefer if you made a reservation, mainly so that you don't have to wait around.

Roy was attentive to my needs, listened to my preferences, and delivered a result that exceeded my expectations.I highly recommend ROY to anyone looking for a top-notch haircut.

I recently visited for a haircut and styling, and I must say it was a highly disappointing experience. I had high hopes for a quality service, but unfortunately, it fell far short of my expectations.First and foremost, the stylist seemed completely disinterested in listening to my preferences and understanding the look I wanted to achieve. Despite providing clear instructions and showing reference images, they seemed oblivious to my requests. It was frustrating to see them proceed without any regard for my desired outcome.Moreover, the actual execution of the haircut was nothing short of disastrous. The stylist lacked precision and attention to detail. The end result was completely different from what I had in mind and did not complement my features at all. I left the salon feeling utterly dissatisfied and self-conscious about my new look.To add insult to injury, the styling was equally disappointing. It was evident that the stylist lacked creativity and the necessary skills to create a polished and well-finished hairstyle. My hair looked messy and poorly styled, which further compounded my frustration and disappointment.I would strongly advise against visiting M-Element, Clayton if you're seeking a professional and satisfying haircut and styling experience. There are plenty of other salons in the area that offer superior services and genuinely care about their customers' needs. Save yourself the disappointment and frustration by exploring other options.

Certainly one of my favourites experiences for colouring hair. Roy was very professional and friendly, and she made sure the colour I would like and gave me suggestion too. We had good discussions before hand. Colour was a bit different from the original I thought might be but I totally love. With the base colour and the highlight!!! Thanks for making my hair amazing. Highly recommended Roy.

I don't often leave reviews at places, but I love the haircut that I got from Jerry at M-Element! I showed him a pic of what I wanted and it came out just like it. Jerry was careful and considered in his styling. Great value for money - highly recommend.

For the first time, i am writing a review on google, i went there for hair straightening and hairstyling, the service they provide are excellent, i strongly recommend this salon. The treatment was done by David and Jerry, both are professional and take care of every single thing you say. I am very very happy with the way they treated me and my friend.
