Brought 2 cars last year spent over 100gs. Needed help changing a number plate and was told it was a 30sec of job. Was told they should be able to do it but was told NO when I got there.Went to Springfield Hyundai and it was done immediately even though they were busy.

The service centre is great, friendly staff, and reliable service. Transparent about costs.Sales staff are friendly and knowledgeable but have not purchased from here, so I can not comment on that process.

Our Experience with Hyundai was faultless. With the change to Hyundai from GMW, The General Manager, Ramsey, supported us in the transition by communicating with all the sales staff down at Hyundai and putt us with another one of his outstanding salesman. Ramsey is an absolute pleasure to deal with and very understanding of the situation that presented itself. He put us with Kyle and yet again, charismatic and an pleasure to deal with. Nothing was too hard or out of the way for him. All the staff at Hyundai have made us feel welcome, which includes David from Finance with his input and help.100% recommend these group of people for all you new car needs.

I was very happy with the price which was better than my local dealer.Tom sorted out the very competitive finance and insurance for me in a timely manner and the car was delivered bang on time.I could not be happier with the friendly service and I would recommend anyone looking for a Hyundai to make the trip to Ipswich as it's well worth it.

Kyle seemed like a really nice salesman. Genuinely good bloke. If I was reviewing purely Kyle, 5/5 stars.This review is no reflection of him.However his lack of knowledge of the cars meant that my trip to the dealership to get answers that I couldn't research myself was wasted.I believe this is a reflection on the training he was provided. He doesn't know what he doesn't know. He wasn't aware of the equal Hyundai sells that is in line with an RS3 Audi, R Line Volkswagen, RS Skoda, or GT Line Kia.The cars were not as comfortable for long drives as I had expected. Hyundai has improved since the OG Excel in the 90's, but the Tucson doesn't have a comfortable place to rest your right elbow when driving.My shoulder hurt driving the Tucson by the time I got to Ebbw Vale. I'm buying a car to do 1,000km a fortnight.The Santa Fe feels like a bigger car than it is, uncomfortably big. And I am a truck driver by procession. It doesn't need to feel that large. It's a mid sized SUV. Feels like a 300 Series Landcruiser.The options for a fun sporty car when compared to R-Line Volkswagen, RS Line Skoda, or RS3 Audi's are just not there.However, compared to Toyota, who charge Audi money for cars that have less features than a John Deere Tractor, Hyundai are awesome.Just, nothing that gets the soul happy.But Kyle. 10 out of 10, 5 stars, excellent bloke. Great salesman.Didn't try to sell me a car I didn't like, wasn't pushy, and listened to me every thing I required from a car.He understood when he didn't have an answer, and importantly, didn't lie to me or try to talk poop to get a sale.In my search for a new car, he was genuinely refreshing.If he had a car that fit my needs, he would have sold me a car on his genuine-ness.If Hyundai has a competitor to an Octavia RS, or a Golf-R in future, I'll be back.

BEWARE they damage your vehicle and steal from your car. Don't waste your time or money. They broke my GPS and when I returned to have it fixed, the SD card was gone. It's not fixed and their staff cannot explain anything. Rubbish service and incompetent technicians. If you value your car, don't risk this dodgy place. You have been warned.

This is the second car we have now purchased through Llewellyn Hyundai.While there were no issues with the purchase of the first car, Kyle our salesman for the latest made the purchase extremely easy and was a pleasure to deal with. After speaking with Kyle, we felt comfortable enough that we never even bothered looking at other dealers.There was no hassle to buy, and none of our questions or requirements seemed to present an issue. Made a booking online to only be told it never went into their system and fault was put onto me for not calling to check it had gone through. Even with a confirmation email with my name, the car rego and their company on it wasn’t enough. Making a booking online saves the hassle of calling in the first place… claimed the car hadn’t been there before even though their stamp was in the service book. They did end up fitting me in regardless. Told me things needed replacing but didn’t try to organise to get them fixed on the day or even try to schedule a new appointment to get them replaced. When I returned to pickup my car the receptionist had me wait with no reason of why keys couldn’t be handed back until another staff member questioned why I’d been waiting. All little things and all admin related but all rather inconvenient. Will be trying another Hyundai next time ◡̈

Lee was great all throughout the transaction. my daughter and I appreciate the instruction from Lee of how the car functions work. Smooth and happy. Thank you. The bow and reveal was a nice touch too.
