Craig from Bespoke Bathrooms is great to deal with and produces quality work. We had a great experience with our bathroom renovation and would definitely use bespoke bathrooms again.

Bespoke Bathrooms renovated two bathrooms for us. We had a great experience with Craig and would recommend Bespoke Bathrooms. Craig always advised what was happening each day, was always on time, very organised and easy to deal with. All of the trades, were respectful and listened to what we wanted to achieve. One of the most important elements to our renovation was being able to leave home, work full time and trust that the right things were being done during the renovation. Craig was always responsive with communication, and worked with us when we changed our mind. Nothing was ever a drama. Craig was particular with his workmanship and we appreciate his efforts. Spent months trying to arrange bathroom reno after a mate recommended them. We had ages in advance, he was recommended and his guide for a price was good.Trying to get any contact from them was a nightmare. Would be a week or more between emails, no replies to texts, never answered the phone, didn't show up on the day arranged to provide the quote at 2 weeks later still no quote.Asked my mate and he said that the best thing about the work done had been the communication.Now struggling to get someone else out in suitable time frame.Sounds like they've taken on more jobs than they can actually handle.Disappointed at the stuff around
