These guys have a massive range of food that will satisfy even the fussiest pet. Fresh, frozen and dry foods and treats are arranged in easy-to-understand displays and staff are always more than happy to assist.

We love visiting the Ripley store, where Tina is always so welcoming and friendly to both us and our pup! She will go the extra mile to dig through a freezer to hunt down a product for you if it appears to have flown off the shelves.The store is generally well stocked, and the ability to order online makes shopping a breeze.We’re sure that if Bruno could visit Tina everyday for some yummo treats, he would!

Cannot rate these guys high enough. The food is such good quality and the choice is fantastic, so varied and fresh.Customer service is beyond 5star. So helpful, polite and super quick to respond to any message.Highly recommend.

This place was recommended to me, so I went and had a look. The staff were wonderful, they had all the time to answer my questions, made some fantastic recommendations for food. Safe to say I'll be going back for a regular supply for my very happy pup.

There are not many places to buy affordable, human grade raw pet food. The food is fresh and it doesn't smell! They have a really good range of minces, bones and organs. For me this is amazing. My boy is 70kg and eats a lot. He also has a very sensitive gut and prone to allergies and coming here has greatly helped. The drive here is about the same as if I was going to the city - so it's doable. If you can make the trip out here, I tell you it is worth it. I cannot recommend this place enough.
