CrossFit Ironstar has completely changed my life, I've lost 50kg in just over 5 months.It has a super knowledgeable, dedicated and caring coach. An amazing community atmosphere with the friendliest people and there's no judgement for not being able to do something, every movement can be scaled to your ability and everyone's working together towards that one common goal, to have a happier healthier lifestyle.I honestly can not recommend CrossFit Ironstar enough. Best decision I've ever made.

This place is my actual family. I have never met a more warm and welcoming group of people, and I have never enjoyed exercising more in my life - shock horror! Coming along to a 'come and try' night was easily the best decision I have ever made.

Amazing place to train. I Always feel welcomed by everyone in the box and always have a lot of fun while training hard. The coaches are supportive and great teachers.
