Flight Centre Altona
Went in to Flight Centre Altona 1 month ago to get a quote for a family holiday to Hawaii. Still waiting. I followed up a week and a half ago and they told me they will have it sorted by the following Monday . That was a week ago and have heard nothing. Very disappointing. I tried to support local business but obviously they don’t need it! Going elsewhere!

I'm so happy I chose to use Flight Centre Altona & that I got Emma as my Travel Expert. We planned a big trip stopping at many cities & she was great from start to finish. Her knowledge, efficiency, friendly manner, customer service & follow up was excellent. I couldn't recommended her high enough. I will defenitley be going back to Altona or were ever Emma is. In this day & age people make the difference . Having had many bad experiences before I found a treasure in Emma. Thank you for all your help & assistance.

I would have to give the team at Flight Centre Altona 5 stars as they are always warm and welcoming when I come into the store.I have booked my last 6 overseas holidays with Darcie and I have never had any issues, Darcie goes above and beyond to ensure your holiday runs smoothly. I cannot recommend Darcie and her team at Altona enough. Looking forward to booking my next holiday with you!!!

I went to the Altona branch 6 months ago with a online flight quote. Their quote was 100 dollars more expensive so I asked if they could match as I'd rather give them the business. They said yes, they can. I then spent half an hour later after filing out a ton of paperwork which they had to send to the manager" for approval. Told me to wait until manager's approval. Two days later
