Food is quite slow even when there are few customers. The shop is quite dirty with sticky floors and COCKROACHES! The drive through is generic though but still a bit slow.

Ordered 5 takeaway meals. When we got home and separated out our orders, we found out that 2 of the 5 meals were incorrect. The store is a 15 min drive from our house, so I wasn't gonna waste another 30 mins of my life on this store.

Drive thru order for us tonight … placed our family order with a few requests & changes to our orders I was told it would take a little longer for what I had asked for but it wasn’t a problem …I agreed - paid and I was asked to park in car park … a few minutes later one of the guys bought a small chips to our car and said sorry for your wait to which I said thank you ~ wasn’t a problem .. a few minutes later our bags of food were ready and the lovely girl full of apologies for the wait bought them to our car … WOW …..So well done Red Rooster one & all … Well done ~ very thankful to you guys for your kindness and well above any customer service we have come across in a very long time …. Our dinner was lovely hot fresh & enjoyed …. Sweet Potato Wedges were especially awesome …Good Job Guys ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered a Wholesome Family Roast and a large Crunchy Potatoes a couple of weeks ago on a Saturday night. Received them from the pleasant delivery driver. Went to dish up and instead of 12 corn wheels there were only 4. Cold as well. The Crunchy Potatoes serve was measly and did not resemble the picture of what they are supposed to look like or what I have experienced previously. I rang the store straight away but the Manager was bordering on appearing rude and just kept making excuses. I filled in a feedback form and uploaded photos. Still haven't heard back. The whole meal was really not great. Everything tasted below standard of what I normally expect of Red Rooster. The gravy was good. Shame because it's our local store. Very disappointed.

The food is so gross that I felt like throwing up and I was farting so much today they better make it a better restaurant for people to eat and enjoy it like people who order it would think gross

Bad service Friday morning 10/03/2023 at lunch time. Person serving was unimpressed to have customers. A smile wouldn’t hurt. No name tag, clothes were filthy and scruffy. I get this might not be your ideal job lady but at least try to do your job properly. Maybe add another staff member to take the pressure off at lunch. This was the worst worst service I have had from there.To the owner please do not use your generic response like you have on previous review

Ordered 3pc stisfryer. Everything is dry af; the chicken is dry and overcooked, pineapple is burnt and mash potato inside is dry af. I always come here and food is always good and juicy but tonight at 23/12/22 at 8pm, i went back to complain and got another 3pc stisfryer and gave me another dry chicken. Then when i said it is dry still. The cashier said it is what it is". I was like nah it isnt. Very poor customer service and quality."

Hi guys we love Red Rooster and regularly have it, however tonight after a full on work day we decided to order 2 red rooster boxes, the bread rolls just fell apart while we were eating our burgers? Tonight’s experience left a bitter taste in our mouths sorry.
