We have been trying to secure a spot for a family member since August 2021. We went for the interview but since then there was no communication from their ends. We had to follow up multiple times and were promised to receive confirmation - however they are always last minute and not what we asked for from the first place. The contact person for level 1 is never available for phone calls and we always got put to admin staff who can't do anything.Really disappointed with this experience although we haven't even started going to the program - because of how poorly and unorganised admin work is done here.

This place is very good for everything, your position is very important for many people in the city

It used to be a great place to study English, now they give photocopies instead of the books

Teacher from my IELTS Preparation class, who do not know how to teach student. His teaching make all student nearly feel asleep. Therefore, I do not understand why TAFE Queensland TELLS can hide this type of teacher. If you are the one who want to study English, do not come to TAFE Queensland South Bank CampusSorry for my assessment, so i have to do that, apologise to TAFE Queensland English Campus
