Great massage that really relaxed my muscles after months of lockdown. Yuli fitted me in on Sunday morning when I called and she was polite and gave a great massage. I liked that I also recieved a foot bath before the massage as this helped me calm. Thanks Yuli!

The ambience was amazing from the first moment I stepped, in till the moment I left. Nadia was extremely welcoming and very informative. The massage was absolutely beautiful and as I was suffering a headache from muscle tension, I walked out like a new person. Unbelievably good! Will definetly be returning and will be recommending this business to my family and friends....Thankyou for a memorable experience.

I don't like writing bad reviews because people's livelihoods depend on their work. However, this was certainly not all it was cut out to be on their website which simply raves about their incredible talent for caring for the customer; it doesn't just say 'no frills, we don't care', it raves about their capabilities.I first went for a massage here about six weeks earlier in winter, and on that day, another massage lady was very good. I went again, thinking they would all be of standard and discovered otherwise.On a ten degree day, the massage bed was freezing. The lady who gave me the massage had the coldest hands, she hadn't even bothered to run them under hot water or attempt to warm them. I thought that perhaps she was going to then use warm oil, buy hey, the oil, menthol, was also freezing.I was miserable throughout and nearly got up and walked out, which is what I should have done.I had stressed that I needed lower back massage, so she focused on my upper back. Near the end, she got me to sit up, on my now even more painful lower back and barked, 'head massage' and shoved a towel over my head and rummaged around a bit. It was a nightmare.By the time I left, I was very, very cold, my lower back was worse than when I went in. I went home and had a hot shower to deal with it. I later sent an email pointing out that none of this was acceptable in terms of professionalism. I received no reply. So I phoned and asked for the manager. The woman said 'no here,' and hung up on me!So I kept phoning until someone would speak with me. When the manager, a woman called Nadia, (who reluctantly told me her name, by the way and only after I kept asking,) owned up, she spoke over the top of me, told me 'that only one other woman had complained of her cold hands and of being cold'... good grief... how many more who simply didn't bother but never went back... and then refused to deal with it in any professional way whatever.She was not interested in refunding, not interested in offering another massage with someone else, nothing, just kept getting more and more belligerent and insisting that she was 'the best' and 'everyone asks for her'... I'm sorry, but I don't think so.On a ten degree freezing winter's day I do expect a warm massage bed, a warm pair of hands, warm oil and a bit more than '60 dollar' for (30 minutes by the way) being barked at me as I proceeded to leave. NEVER AGAIN!I'll go to professionals who know what they're doing, how treat customers and who know how to listen. Terrible experience, all round.

Very professional! Walked in to smiling faces and nice comforting atmosphere. Lady asked if i wanted the bed warm or not and asked about the pressure of the massage. Firm yet gentle i fell asleep within the first 20 mins they are amazing. Will be coming here very often. Thank you!

Absolutely love going here for my massages. The ladies are lovely & sweet to deal with & the signature thai massage is what I always ask for . The massage is amazing which has helped 99% of my pain issues, & in fact I now book in for every Monday which I look forward to every week now ☺️

I don't normally review, however this instance it needs to be done. I was visiting from out of town and looking for a place for a relaxing massage.The room was very cold. I was shivering and told the massage therapist I was cold. I'm not sure if there was a heater in the room- it didn't feel like it was. She put another towel over my legs, but didn't cover my feet and I was still very cold.I was having a hot stone massage and less than half way through was badly burnt by a stone on my back. It was quite painful. I cut the massage short at this point and said I was unhappy and had to leave. She said it was only a burn for a second. I said no, I want to leave now. She just left the room and did not wipe the oil off me at all, leaving me to wipe my own back. After I was dressed and went to the front, she tried to charge me at first $60 then dropped to $50. I explained I wasn't happy paying anything, as she badly burnt me. Again she said - but the burn was only for a second!! I explained a burn is a burn and it doesn't matter how long, it should not happen. 3 hours later I still have a burn mark on my back which is painful, and photos to show it. I can't believe she tried to charge me after being burnt badly!I would not recommend this place, nor will I ever go back.

Guys I want share the personal experience if you guys have any physical pain try this centre, specially Kiki she have the magical hands. I had bad back pain lower back she did some magic with her hands wow wow wow I will give her 10/10 stars she is amazing, I love the way she treat me. 100 points for her, I slept like a child after the massage. They provide a very thorough deep tissue massage, using oil and stones, which really loosens up the muscles. The standard is always consistent every time.
