No one in the shop when I went in; the lady who came out to help me seemed less than interested and gave me a price of $260 for half head of foils and a tint. I don’t think so!!

My wife went in for a hair trim at 9am on Tuesday June 30th and instead of a trim her hair was butchered.A disgusting hack which took all of 5 minutes and there are spaces up and down, nothing like her hair ever looks. The worst $20 cut.

Awful!! Just awful! Never again. Hair color ruined clothing, half my back was wet! Female owner tried to wash it out" to no avail. Permanently stained and ruined the top. Only restitution was to have a free color (really?- nil confidence in their abilities)

So happy with the customer experience! Staff is really friendly and listen to what you want. I've never had a hairdresser be able to do exactly what I want but at the beauty studio company they achieved the exact results I wanted!

Poor service and bad haircut. Do not recommend this salon at all.. i was rushed out of the chair within 6 minutes and in that 6 minutes she tried to say she was finished 3 times. I had to ask 3 times if she could please even the top out as she kept missing parts that were twice as long as the rest of my hair.. now that i am home and have a chance to get a better look there are still 3 other parts that are way longer than the rest and she did not trim around my ears.. PATHETIC service and now i have to pay someone else to fix it. . Not happy at all.

Have been once before and had a fantastic cut. Well I won't be back.Customer service means a lot to me. I want to enjoy the full experience in a visit to a hair salon, as much as the end results, so … disappointment has convinced me not to return. And to make matters worse it was my birthday!

Fairly unpredictable service. Their best hairdresser for me left so unfortunately had more instances of not great haircuts. Reception could be better - Feels like the employees don't really love doing what they do and is more a chore.I get my hair cut once in 6 months so would love it to be a pampering and fun experience. This one is not for me! - However, trying to see some positive - Eyebrow threading was good.

Went here a few weeks ago to get my eyebrows waxed and had a lovely experience. Great staff, super quick, looked amazing. So I decided a few weeks later to try my luck from my usual spot and go here for a haircut. Upon saying I wanted a No. 2 on the sides and back they recommended a No.4 instead which admittedly looks much cleaner, but I did not get what I asked for at all. I wanted to keep most of my length on top so It still fell down on my face, but instead they started hacking away at the top as well. Now don’t get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with the cut itself, but I hate how it looks and wish she listened
