Hired a trailer, trailor winch did not work and ramp chain broke while on freeway doing 80kphAfter telling all this to staff when returning trailer staff where un sypathetic and unapplogeitc. Would not give me a refund.Highly dissapointing as they did not seem to understand how serious this was.I will not use trailers from there again if this is how lightly they take this matters

No longer 24 Hours arrived twice after 10:30pm on different days in the week and it was closed, however Healsville Shell service station is open till 4:00am and worked out cheaper.
