Teghan is a gem. She's kind and bubbly and super excited about muscles, and helping out with injuries and long-held pain. She's the first manual therapist I've worked with who's ever given me any real confidence in my body's functional capacity to improve when it comes to my legs. And shereally gets muscles. With regular cupping, massage, needling and taping, my pre-arthritic knees, hypermobile joints and dodgy feet are no longer barriers to high-impact exercise, something I've never before been able to do in my life. Pain I regarded as a permanent condition of my structure has been revealed to be long-held tightness and weakness that can and are being supported. I feel so much better. Thank you.

Teghan is absolutely fantastic. Professional, considerate, always knows exactly where we’re up to in the treatment even if it’s been a while, and all the treatment and advice has been spot on. Been to a few places over the years but I can’t imagine going anywhere other than TDA now.
