Wow Friday the 13th, they dropped everything to help me, I thought I had a virus and was in a panic!!! (to say the least).James did a backup of my hard drive and removed my hard drive from my laptop so he could investigate the problem. He then put my hard drive in a loan laptop so I could get some urgent work finished over the weekend. I have purchased a new laptop and they have fully set it all up for me. Extremely disappointed. I have had many years happy association with Stephen at Amigo, had upgrades, repairs, bought replacement computers etc. and have referred many friends and associates to his business. On 24 November a warning on my PC showed the backup system installed by Amigo had failed which is potentially disastrous for me. I sent message I needed help by remote access. The text message reply I received was the earliest we'd be able to fit you in would be in around 6-7 weeks.'" ---(but they could fit me in after-hours or weekend with a $50/hour surcharge on top of the normal hourly rate.) Waiting 6-7 weeks was out of the question
