I just hired these people & they don't do any paperwork, and drop my car on wrong Address without contacting the receiving person.THEY DESERVE A ZERO STAR.PETHETIC SERVICE AND RUDE ON PHONE.PLEASE DON'T PAY UNTIL JOB FINISHED.I wanted to be fair but they left me to pay someone else again to bring my car where I wanted.

In my experience they are exceptinal great and reliable.I needed a service at 3 am and they answer the call and arrived rapidley.I highly recomonded and price is very affordable.They are really 24/7 in sydneywide and staff is very professional and friendly.

Excellent service!!! I didn’t have to wait too long for the truck to arrive, the truck arrived as was advised over the phone and I am so impressed with how the driver loaded the car onto the tow truck.

He told me be there 30 mints and he was there 2.30 hours and he told me $100 on the phone end up charging $200 on drop off never use him again. You should not use him too

Not reliable service at all, we called around 11:10am for a pickup in the city, got told to wait 30-45minutes and the truck arrived at 12:50pm which was over an hour and a half. There seems to either be no communication between the driver and the person on the phone or that they have been telling us misleading times in order to get more customers. Dont trust what they tell you and choose another company.

Best service! We had a flat tyre and were stuck on the M1 and weren't able to stop at a stopping bay. We called NRMA who advised a wait time of 2 hours - we called Sydney tow and they promised someone would assist us within 30 minutes and we were on our way 20 minutes later! Thank you!

Gave a wait time estimation# was 5 min early# honest on price for pick up.# driver had to wait 5 min for car to start. No issues or drama.# happy to follow to destination.# look after very old van like was new.# no hidden price changes.Very, very happy with service and professionism.Need a tow use sydney towing. Treated with respect.Thankyou
