I hope the owner sees this, I work during the night and on multiple occasions I will go through drive thru and be purposefully be given not my order but whatever is left. Whoever manages in the night should be ashamed. This is a 24 hour maccas, if your night managers don’t want to work properly please don’t be open 24 hours and scam people during the night that are paying for a service. At the end of a long stressful night this is the last thing I need.

Went through drive though, being told to go to parking isn't a drive through, orders were mixed up and the poor workers brining out the meals to try and find 15 other cars and ask orders should never happen not to mention the danger involved with moving cars in the car park.Should do first come first served, this is drive through not drive through and move to wait.

The sivces are not great because i seën the works south all over food when cooking it and the mangment dosent do there job in the right way the works do not have respect for one another all community

Ordered an Angus classic from here and workers thought it would be funny to add extra extra sauce and vegetables. As I opened the box there was stacks of vegetables and as I tried picking it up sauce got everywhere and the burger fell apart. Honestly disappointed about this and expected better but had enough of this as it was the third time this has happened. Might aswell order from hoxton park.

Been a long day and it's late. I thought I'd pop in to pick up something quick to munch on, on my way home.I found customer service at drive thru to be arrogant. Drive up to the window to pick up my order and I notice maybe a manager with her hair all over the place. Everytime she turned her hair would flick all over the food. If you're working in the food industry wear a net over your hair.Just seems like nobody likes their job here. Especially the night shift. Maybe consider closing at night????

Ordered through drive through after a long night payed for everything got to the window to pick up our food got our drinks and were told to wait 4 minutes for fries so we parked in the waiting bay 13 minutes later she comes out with a bag completely wrong order than swaps with the car next to us still not our order than walks around to another 5 cars to give them their order we then had to tell her 3 times what our order was it’s now almost been 20 minutes and still haven’t gotten our order all of the other cars that ordered after us have already left last thing I needed was this drama definitely not a quoted “fast food restaurant.”

After a long day at work, all I wanted was a good feed. Got my order went home n half the paper is in the burger!!! Come on. Really??? I work hard for my money. If you don't want to work night shifts then don't work. Simple!!!

About 48 school kids went here on the way to an excursion of some sort. Took orders quickly and food was prepared quickly too. Despite large numbers, everyone ehad ordered in less than 5mins.
