Aaron did a remote service for me over the phone. I was so impressed and blown away with how clever they are. Fixed my networking issues by changing IP addresses etc, and even got me passed administrator passwords so I could make the changes. Simply incredible. Cheaper than competitors too and don't charge same day service like others. Brilliant service.

Kept getting error message on pc a few other companies said need to either upgrade or reformat hard drive.Glad I contacted Supergeek as they solved the software issue and saved me a small fortune. Alan was very professional and was very knowledgeable. Highly recommend them.

Richard was super helpful with fixing my laptop. He offered to look at my laptop earlier than the booking I'd made, explained everything very clearly and called to give me updates. Super happy and my laptop appears to be working quite well now. Would definitely recommend and use this service again.
