JLL Brisbane

JLL and ResiPM are simply the most infuriating, petty and incomprehensibly incompetent property managers I have ever had to deal with. They don't care about your health, well being or living situation in any sense of the word. The worst rental experience I have ever had, hands down. Completely and utterly useless.

They are the worst real estate agents on earth without any doubt.I dealt with them trying to rent a unit in Regatta Riverside and Landmark in Brisbane and my experience was a nightmare.In summary:I could not believe them anymoreThey ignore phone callsThey give deadlines to get back to you and they do notZero customer careBad communicationBad time managementIf you are a unit owner, my advise do not deal with them as they are not treating customers and clients very well. I was doing my best to rent in one of the units and they just ignored me like many others. I was ready to rent and they ignored me for 10 days and I rented somewhere else (potential customer lost).If you are looking for a unit, do not deal with them as they will abuse your time saying they are processing other applications and they will not get back to you. This is what happened to me.I hope I could give them ZERO star.

Cannot fault the time I spent living at a JLL property in Kangaroo Point. The apartment and building itself was absolutely beautiful, and the property manager Anastasia was incredible whenever I needed any assistance. I hope to be back soon!

Worst property management team ever this place im in now brooklyn on brookes in the fortitude Valley feels like prison and the bullying and harassment from management that entre your place without notice then say they can do what they want constantly watching everything you do threatening to have you removed from your apartment for standing up for your self. I do not recommend ever renting anything that this mob have anything to do with. Ihave been kicked out and I doubt the owners no anything about it.and they put people on the street and not care

After moved out the apartment rent from them, they turned into monster. I return the key many days ago, somebody called me ,You need to return your key right now!" I was like "???" told him I did

We have booked an inspection at Regatta residence Toowong between 1015-1030 (arrived earlier, we have showed her our online booking time), but the agent only gave us 5mins without saying anything nor apologizing to us, only saying be quick". She didn't provide us with any further information how to apply for the property. I understand it is a hectic time of year

I was shown a property by salesman Andrew he didn't have an idea what he was doing, he was unable to show the boundaries, when I inquired about the legal height he didnt know what l was talking about. The property was over priced since there was lot of work to be done including structural work, when I was trying to give an offer, I was ignored by Andrew a few times and then I was finally advised that no offers are taken thats the price, I then asked if he has any other available properties? Answer I got from him was only over 2m properties. Good luck for the JLL having this type of attitude salesman to keep your company doors open in these hard times.

I called and left messages many times. Never got a single call back. My rent fell after JLL took over. The tenant is not paying on time and generally the worse experience I have ever had with a property management agent.

Me and my friend rented an apartment in KG, there was a damaged bulb in kitchens, which was not working in the last whole year, we told JLL staff three times already about the damage bulb, but they still didn’t fix it. Recently we moved out, JLL staff told us, we have to fix this bulb, me and my friend honestly very disappointed, cuz that is not our fault and not our responsibility.I really hope someone can do something for that.
