I joined Higher Jiu Jitsu nine months ago and I am blown away by the quality of training and instruction I have received. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed by the team and the members.The gym itself is clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything you need to train at the highest level. The instructors are knowledgeable, experienced, and patient and they take the time to work with each student individually to help them improve their technique and achieve their goals.The classes are well-structured and challenging, but also fun and engaging. I leave each class feeling inspired and motivated.What I love most about this gym is the sense of community and camaraderie that exists among the members. Everyone is supportive and encouraging.Overall, I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to improve their skills, get in shape, and join a supportive and welcoming community of like-minded individuals. Five stars all around!

Awesome place to train! I trained here for about 6 months while I was living in Sydney short term. John and the whole crew were very welcoming and friendly, and taught great Jiu Jitsu in a relaxed environment. Will definitely be stopping by when I am back in town. Oss!

John is not just an AMAZING human but equally an AMAZING coach and mentor, he has had a vital role in my sons learning and journey and to train with him and learn through him BJJ is an honour. I came up from Melbourne looking to visit a club to train and meet some new people, and was warmly welcomed by John and his students.I admired John's teaching techniques which were easy to follow and effective. Even the warm up surprised me, with a focus on breathing and body awareness, which helped with techniques later.A very cool club I will definitely visit again!

Been training at Higher for around 8 months now and I couldn’t be happier. All the coaches are very knowledgeable, supportive and dedicated to helping each student improve, regardless of skill level.In addition to regular classes, the gym also offers a range of seminars, which provide opportunities to learn from some of the top Jiu Jitsu practitioners in the world. I've already attended a couple of these events, and they've been incredibly informative and inspiring.Overall, I would highly recommend Higher Jiu Jitsu to anyone looking to learn Jiu Jitsu.

Five stars for Higher Jiu Jitsu! Only had a month here and it was my first time learning Jiu Jitsu, everybody was so welcoming and it felt like a family as I attended more and more sessions. John the coach was very friendly and couldn’t have asked for a better introduction from him. Great, friendly place and would recommend to anyone.

This is a great place for my boys to enjoy their Jiu Jitsu journey. The coaches are excellent and know how to motivate and improve kids' skills. Boys are passionate to come over every time. Highly recommended if you would like to join the Jiu Jitsu adventure.

Been training with the team at HigherJJ since last year.+ Great team atmosphere (many socials)+ People are friendly and respectful+ Coaches care a lot about safety, hygiene, and students' learning+ There's always bonus things going on, eg. wrestling classes, judo classes, and seminars with big names+ Structured curriculum, which significantly helps learning and progressThe only con is- Space, it could be biggerSeems like many who join HJJ tend to stick around for all the good vibes here.Shoutout to John, Matty, Danny and AJ for running sick classes, and every member for making the place an awesome place to train.
