The owner is great always helpful and great chat! Best figure store in Sydney wide range! Lots of scales and prize figure and plush, I definitely recommend. Bought many times from them and the quality is amazing and will always be going to otaku cave! Great service and prices!

Beautiful figures on display and available; and staff is very knowledgeable about their animesEdit: just revisited earlier today, got utterly ignored by the person manning the shop (was in the back room on the phone for the 20+ minutes I was in the shop waiting by the pay desk) shouted hello and poked my head in the back room , she saw me and did absolutely nothing except continuing her conversation.

This place is great if you're after some quality figurines from Japan!Owner of the place has never been rude and have always answered my questions, even if I was I was just only browsing !Would recommend if you like to collect anime figurines alongside a plethora of plushies too.

I purchased from this store for a present and needed to return the item after finding out that the recipient had already gotten a similar item. I read their returns policy on their website and my item met all the requirements to be returned and I also provided proof of purchase. However, staff still denied a return and proceeded to claim that there was no such returns policy although I had shown them the returns policy they had provided on their own website! Overall, staff was very unfriendly and unprofessional, I will not be shopping here again.
