As soon as we enter their store they greet us with smile and help me to choose boots. So happy with my purchase I am glad I followed his advice otherwise I would end up sore feet. Thanks .

Both the woman I spoke to on the phone and the gentleman in the store were so incredibly helpful and polite. Such a welcoming atmosphere, and they're really awesome at advising on products (such as the boots I was looking at, that run narrow in size - I consequently got the next size up and it's a perfect fit!)
