I went to Adele for a nurturing and healing massage which included some womb healing. I sadly had a miscarriage a few weeks prior so felt I needed to go and see her. I have been having massages with Adele for years, as well as during my entire first pregnancy. She gives the most magical massage and the womb healing she did on this occasion was just incredible. Her soft voice and brilliant guided visualisation, allowed me to reconnect with my body and feel more of a sense of calm.I cannot recommend Adele enough. She is full of empathy and her hands are just magic.

Adele is so lovely and creates a calm space for you to relax and connect. In addition to my massage she led me through a meditation which allowed the relaxation to be felt deeper. Such a treat physically and emotionally.

Such a beautiful service provided by Adele. She is a fantastic massage therapist, warm and caring the moment you enter her rooms. I've been for her postnatal massages and she's so accommodating, just rolling with the needs for both myself and baby during the session. Goddess. Highly recommend!!

I was so thankful I came across Adele when I was pregnant. She really helped me get through my pregnancy especially towards the end of it when my body was full of aches and pains. Adele makes the whole experience so enjoyable and personal she really gets to know you and your needs. I enjoyed the massages so much I still continued to go after my son was born. I couldn't recommend Adele enough.

Adele was professional, warm and caring. She is great at sending you into deep relaxation and tuning in to what you need emotionally and physically. Her pressure was great during the massage and she ensured I was comfortable at all times. I highly recommend her!

Adele is great! I’ve had both pregnancy and postpartum massages and they were amazing! I had my little girl with me (4weeks) for my postpartum and Adele accommodated and massaged through a feed and when my baby wanted to be held! She is just brilliant - I can’t wait to go back!
