Such an amazing place. John Tran doesnt just teach Krav Maga at Lionheart , but also has created a family with all his students. It is a very welcoming environment and all the teachers are amazing with the kids. I haighly recommend Lionheart Krav Maga & Close Quarter Combat.

If you wish to learn Krav Maga, I highly recommend Lionheart! JT and his instructors are knowledgeable, patient, and dedicated but, most importantly, approachable, and genuinely interested in helping you progress. Everyone is welcomed and cared for regardless of their social status, age, gender, or level of fitness. I have been going there for a few months now, and I am enjoying every class. I particularly appreciate the sense of community and how more experienced Krav Maga practitioners get out of their way to help others. Thumbs up 5 stars from me!

John is very friendly and patient with kids. He's a great instructor for adults and the centre itself has a great friendly vibe. I've been training for many years. It's great to find a place where ego is left outside.

From day dot I felt safe, encouraged, and welcomed. John is so very knowledgeable, passionate, and understands intricately the functions of our individual bodies and minds to a degree I haven’t seen for a long time. The skills shared are digestible and fun. The level of care is astronomical. And the passions for the craft is irrevocable.I couldn’t say enough to hype this team up! Lionheart Krav Maga is a great place for kids and adults to learn self defence, stay fit and grow in confidence. John (JT) is an excellent instructor and really knows how to engage the students. He knows how to make it fun, and take it serious when he has to. My daughter has been attending for nearly 3 years and looks forward to every class.

John and Eric that run Lionheart are superb coaches! They're knowledgable, friendly, and have created a great culture that makes newcomers of any background and experience level feel welcome. I would definitely recommend any of their classes for anyone interested in self-defence, martial arts, fitness, or if you're just looking for a new hobby to delve into.
