Don’t know if it’s run by the same (Indian) manager but he lied about what documents are required for a passport application and when i questioned him he started recording me with his mobile ( ironic considering he had a sign up saying no recording allowed on premises) and refused to accept and lodge the application.

If there was a option to give zero star i would do that.The most horrible customer service i had ever in my 20 years of Australian life. The psycho man who claim himself owner of the shop just literally verbally abused and scream to me and my husband yesterday over a sticky tape. I do not think he ever had any training of customer service at all. Also this is a franchise Aust post so he thinks he is the King of the shop but he don't understand he is in Australia, not in any other bloody country where male chauvinism is normal. I really hope he get a life and achieve some respect towards his customers.

Something very wrong with this Manager !!!Very Rude, abusive and always Angry. He belong in mental facility not Post Office dealing with people everyday. Very Bad and poor manners. Not going there ever again. Don't even bother being courteous & polite, it will not be reciprocated.The Standard You Walk By, Is The Standard You Accept !!!Positive reviews here are obviously friends without a doubt.

Worst post office for passport renewal! You complete the form online and then some worker there tells you to complete the paper form instead of directing the client properly and booking another time. Useless and incompetent. If you cannot help customers go and get another job!

My experience has always been positive at the Casula post office, I am very friendly and they are to me. Treat people how you like to be treated. They are just trying to do their jobs and the way I see people talk to people in retail these days and I have seen it at this post office as well is terrible, even if there is a mistake or something goes wrong being courteous and polite goes a long way.

So i paid express delivery Next business day delivery, its been 36hrs and my parcel still hasnt moved from the branch. Not happy at all! Waste of time and money paying for something extra that you dont get. RIPOFFS
