5 Stars for Patrick and his team. I loved the subpoenaed docs.Not only did they have a vexatious and frivolous ADVO dismissed but the court even awarded Costs. Now for obvious reasons the courts very rarely if ever award costs against the Police in AVO matters.However, in awarding costs the court found that the ADVO application by Senior Constable Michelle Prestage of Blue Mountains Police had deviated so significantly from the reasonable case management of the proceedings as to be inexcusable.Well done, another win for the good guys !
