Convenient store. Unfortunately the service is the lowest quality I've ever experienced. I looked for earplugs. Asked 8 workers, no one told me the right place. Couldn't find it in the end. Gave up after 40 min of searching

Was there today to buy some GiftThe Girl at The Hub (amira) I think she was a trainee.I have not seen so much attitude in my whole life in customer serviceShe was on her phone. I went to check if she could wrap a gift for meShe has the worst attitude and was so upset that she had to answer me and keep her phone in her pocket.

Staff attitude is very unfriendly, the Indian lady with the mask is so judging even when I do buy a set of estee. She doesn’t want me to touch the product, as if I will damage it, she literally prevent me to touch them, I just want to read the description on the box! I will never come back to Myer, should have buy it on Sephora

Listen the ladies there are so sweet and I always feel comfortable with the arab ladies they are the cutest BUT!!!Today I went in with a friend of mine and wanted just to smell a couple perfumes to buy for a gift the short older lady showed us all the Marc jacobs and was trying to sell it to us (I get it it’s her job) she was so sweet up until I told her .. I’m waiting to get paid next week to come buy one and I just need to make a decision on what to buy, as soon as I said that she said “well you have a while to think” and just walked away and was talking to a different customer. I get that I didn’t want to buy today but now I don’t want to buy at all because she made me feel poor and stupid idk it was very bad customer service at the end

I went to Myers to get a perfume for my aunty. I was super happy with the customer service. Viviane working in the perfume section was such a big help and she was so nice. She definately deserves positive recognition for her work.

Myer is the best place to find everything whatever you need in one place.I went to buy a shoe that I could not find on the shelf. Talked to Greg in the shoe section. He was busy with the other customer. I waited for him, and he got the right size shoe out for me later. He is the best man to talk in that area. He knows what he is doing and very good service towards customers.Happy with his service. Should be rewarded.
