Feel of having a proper Japanese food, I decide to try this restaurant. Reservation made a few hours before opening that only left me with two time slots option, and I choose the 1.30PM before the restaurant closed. As you can conclude its popularity, especially over the weekend, I strongly suggest to make a booking a few days prior. The restaurant is beautifully decorated with a modern touch of Japanese vibe. The place is spacious with a plenty of seats which all are indoor, and 2 VIP rooms available at the back. There is a cost friendly lunch menu available, however, it is really worth trying the yakiniku. Bear in mind that this is a yakiniku place. Yes, a variety of wagyu set is charcoal grilled ready, that is perfectly set with three selection of sauces. Grill it, dip it, and enjoy it.

Had a great time at Marble. The meat here is definitely better than going to Korean bbq. I would definitely say it is worth the price. They also have other things like sushi on the menu as well. Very nice atmosphere and service too. They have all the sake you could want on the menu. It is the same owner as ichi katsu, but this is more up market.

1st time dining here. Read lots of good reviews and they are all right. Absolutely enjoyed every dish. The Wagyu beef is my favourite. We had the seafood platter which was fresh and lovely on the grill. Highly recommended.

Marble Yakiniku serves up the highest-grade beef, fresh sushi and hotpot. We tried their omakase sushi set which was nothing but fresh. The wagyu sushi set had 4 different kinds of nigiris so of course we had to get 3 servings of it.Foie gras rice is a staple dish in every high-end Japanese restaurant. The fattiness of the liver smothers the rice so that you get a taste of the fatty goodness in every bite. This was evident in the chawan-mushi as well. Just uncovering the steamed egg, you immediately get a whiff of foie gras. The portion of the egg was really generous also. For the main event, we tried Japanese and Australian wagyu. I love Japanese wagyu more than Australian. The quality and richness of it, lowkey makes me sick but I LOVE it. When the meat is cooked over binchotan charcoal and then melts in your mouth from all the marbling - just delicious fatty opulence.Overall, it’s definitely on the pricier side but what do you expect, everything was made with care. Highly recommend visiting if you haven’t already.

High quality wagyu with a wide selection of cuts. Slightly understaffed so we weren't attended very often. The restaurant was unexpectedly a bit loud too, but great food experience nonetheless.

Lovely place. Easily compares to high end Japanese like Waygu Ya, Niko Ou and Katori.Drinks list is limited but food quality and presentation is amazing.Staff are attentive and food comes out quickly. The kitchen catered well to our 7yo daughter and we all had a wonderful time.Highly recommend this place!

Amazing food always. Service can be improved as staff did take time to come and take our order and slow in clearing empty plates and getting more drinks. It is more of a 4.5/5 stars for our experience.

Saw many good reviews and videos on this place + been wanting to come here for almost 2 years, finally ate here on 22/3/23 and safe to say it was a disappointment and will not return.- 630pm booking, upon booking it says “normally 90 minute sessions” - upon arriving was told our session was till 830pm.- waited till 7pm to order as we had to wait for one more person to arrive- around 7pm we were also urged to order soon as it is a limited seating time- ordered premium sake, a bunch of premium sashimi and wagyu- around 8pm we finished eating and as soon as we stopped eating, they asked to clear the table.- as soon as the table was cleared, we had been asked whether we would like to pay by cash or card.- as soon as it was paid, 8:12pm they tried again to get us to leave as we had paid but we were still finishing our drinks.- was told by the male staff that we needed to go as the next session was coming and that usually by 8:15 you need to go, but we were also told 8:30pm at the start.- there were no customers waiting outside.- no one said thank you or see you again next time. Just wanted you to pay and leave- at no time during the meal, we were asked if we wanted another drink- at no time during the meal, we were asked how the food was- the service is honestly not up to standard for this kind of restaurant.- we spent $850 for 3 people and really expect better service but all they seem to care about is the money.- the oysters were not worth $8 each. The seaweed on top overpowers the flavour the oyster itself.- we were sat next to the bathrooms which was next to the register and it was still hard to get someone’s attention to order+ one upside, the uni was very fresh and creamy, and the uni wrapped with wagyu was very nice.
