Rude woman on the phone when I called, I have never been spoken down to so badly by someone in customer service. My washing machine was repaired on a Tuesday(they already had it a bit over a week at this point), I was called to to be told it was fixed and I could come collect it or I would have to wait until the following Monday for delivery. Being legally blind collecting it myself wasn't an option but you could tell that is what they would have preferred me to do.10 out of 10 would NOT recommend!

My husband and I had an atrocious experience with Tech1, especially with their customer service department over the phone. We were not supplied the quote or any communications on the timing of repair after initial diagnosis and had to move our schedule with less than 12 hours notice to fit in a repair.The hours they give for arrival of the technician are a 3hr window, which then if you are not at home (we were 10mins away for a 11am-1pm ) they cancel the job. When questioned about why we hadn’t received a quote on the day or the day after they stated they would provide it over the phone, I was met with sarcastic comments such as “no we don’t drive to your house to provide a handwritten quote”. I was even yelled at by Tracey of accusing the repairer of “lying” when using the word “far fetched”. Absolutely appalling customer service, when clearly there has been no clear communication throughout this process.We’re a young family and haven’t had a working washing machine for 3 weeks and now are having to look for another repairer after the customer service member Tracey disconnected the call.

Such great customer service! Took my vacuum cleaner in for repair. They had a look and fixed it on the spot without charging me. Thank you so much.

Eric from Tech 1 was fantastic. We were having problems with our Samsung fridge and Eric was able to quickly diagnose the problem and had the right parts with him to carry out the repair. Can highly recommend.

I recently had the pleasure of using Tech1 TV & Appliance Repair Centre in Canberra for a repair on my Fridge and I couldn't be happier with the service I received from the individual named Tyson. From the moment he answered the phone call , I was greeted with friendly and professional individual who was more than willing to help me with my issue.The technician Tyson who worked on my Fridge was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to quickly diagnose the problem. He kept me informed throughout the repair process and made sure to explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. The repair was completed in a timely manner and the price for the service was very reasonable.I have already recommended Tech1 to several of my friends and family who are in need of appliance repair, and I will definitely be using them for any future repair needs. If you're in the Canberra area and are in need of Fridge or appliance repair, I highly recommend giving Tech1 a try.They truly go above and beyond to ensure their customers are satisfied.

Came to fix my Samsung TV. Not only did they not fix it, they actually pressed the screen with their fingers and caused some pixels to become damaged. They tried to say they didn't cause the damage, luckily, Samsung agrees with me and is providing a refund for the TV. I would avoid these people for delicate repairs such as LCD screens.

We took our new DVD player to Tech1 as the authorised service agents for Panasonic. Tech1 unlocked the unit so we can play DVDs from all regions. They were quick, professional and efficient. Happy to recommend them.

I just asked her when could be the best time for them to pick up my TV, then she yelled at me and told me to hold on. Is that how your staffs treated customers? So I went choosing prestige electronics at the end

I only gave one star because Google wouldn't let me do none. Dealing with tech 1 has been one of the most infuriating & incompetent businesses I have ever dealt with. Tracey if you hate your job that much that you have to be so rude to your customers that you actually swear at them then you should just quit. All I wanted was some answers & all you did was contradict yourself. I have taken the matter up with management at LG Australia in direct reaction to your lack of professionalism & incompetency
