Service NSW

This has to be the best Service NSW branch in Sydney. I have visited this place a few times now for my rego registration, converting my foreign license and for my kid's learner license. Every single time I had an amazing experience.All staff members are very friendly and excellent professionals.Harry is a charmer with his exceptional customer handling skills. He knows his stuff and goes the extra mile to help his customers. I wouldn't go anywhere else for RMS or Service NSW related work.

I read the reviews before I came for my test and didn't know what to expect because of some bad reviews but the people who work here were kind, polite and helpful. The wait in the NSW Service Centre was minimal and the testing officer was clear with their instructions, even repeating them when I asked them to. I recommend that anyone who reads these reviews to ignore any 1 star review because it is a totally unfair assessment of the people who work here.

Charlie was a delight during the driver's test, made me feel at ease the whole way through.And whenever I visit the branch, harry at the reception never fails to put a smile on my face.Overall, a great branch to visit, and the other testing officers seem really chill as well.

I used this center for my driving test on a Monday afternoon. Wait times were short and everything went smoothly. I had Bill as my driving test officer and he was very kind and calming.

Worst worst decision booking a driving test here. I had a driving test today at 1:15PM and don’t exactly remember the examiner name but I think his name was Matt. From the beginning, he was so rude , not giving the instructions clearly so impolite. I felt so nervous sitting next to him the entire time. The examiner has to be supportive or atleast give the instructions clearly speak politely. I accidentally did a fail item and i blame him for this because the entire time he was so rude and arrogant, when i did the fail item he said stop so loud and he was happy that i failed . Such a bad bad bad experience worst experience never going there to do the driving exam anymore

The overall experience with this service centre is very good and everyone is helpful and friendly. I had driving test here and Bill was my driving test officer.He made me feel very calm and gave very clear instructions. I passed with good score too.. Thanks Bill!!

I recently visited a this branch and was extremely impressed by the kindness and generosity of Harry and Norbert. They went above and beyond to make my daughter and I feel special, with Harry even dressing up as Santa to give away gifts. My daughter was thrilled and I am so grateful for their thoughtfulness. I highly recommend this place and give a big thank you to Harry and Norbert for making our visit so enjoyable.

My driver test instructor Gagan and the gentilman whom greeted me I could not get his name are very polite, respectful and helpful people with positive attitude.However, I cannot make the same comment for the lady who processed my licence documentation at the desk. Firstly, she asked a verification of my overseas licence which was not mentioned any of NSW services website. Incase, she did not understand Turkish licence ,I told her there is english version at the other side of the licence in the brackets. Her answer was Yes I can read " then she left the desk to get the copy of my licence.Then she asked me how long do I want to have the licence. I told her 10 years. She said if I want to do UBER I need to have 5 years because they want medical check every 5 years. I was there to get my licence
