Appaled by the customer service my partner and I encountered. Customers came in after us and were served however we were not even greeted. Felt like we were ignored because we were part of a younger demographic despite coming to the store knowing exactly which vacuum to buy. Won't be shopping here ever again.

Friendly and welcoming. Manager knows the technicalities and specifications of vacuums extremely well and was able to explain it clearly. I bought one domestic vacuum and one commercial vacuum in January 2023 and both are working as described. I’ll be going back to Godfrey’s Moorabbin for my future vacuum needs. Highly recommend this store.

Visited this store for the first time as our store closed.I was greeted and professionally attended to. I was after parts for our superseded Intelligence vacuum cleaner.June, ( my sales rep) Deserves much praise for his sincere assistance. June is an acquisition to the Godfreys chain. Excellent standards at this store.
