Never again. My partner bought me a pair of gold hoop earrings as a gift, after I suggested he shop at Michael Hill - not his usual jewellery store of choice. Despite the nearly $500 price tag, they are flimsy to the point that I’m terrified to even try to wear them. Trying to do up the clasp makes them bend out of shape. Furthermore, even though he was issued a gift receipt and unsold on an unnecessary “care plan” there are apparently no exchanges on earrings. When I went in to exchange I was told to “regift to a friend or sister” or “sell on marketplace”. I’m not sure who is giving their friends $500 presents, but it sure isn’t me. I’m also not sure why we should lose hundreds of dollars in value to sell on marketplace when the product they sold is such poor quality. Never ever again. Buyer beware.

Very poor customer service with zero care factor. No communication, despite having all my contact details. Missed calls are highly visible, no point saying we called you 3 times to say your (long overdue) special order has arrived when my phone says otherwise. (1 call yesterday) The staff at this store are in need of customer service training. Insincere apologies are insulting. First world issue indeed, will shop elsewhere if required than deal with the MH Morley store.

I received a great service from Tangia & Zohia ( sorry if the names are nor right!) As a regular Michael Mill customer I recommend to ask for these ladies, you won’t regret it! Thank you so much

Wonderful experience from the minute we walked in until we left .We were assisted by all sales staff including the store manager who all had a very welcoming and positive approach . We found them to be really nice genuin people .They helped us choose really nice jewellery that complemented my wife's pearls and gave us a very good price .I was so impressed I even purchased a little something for myself .Thanks ladies much appreciatedDefinitely recommendLeon and ChristineSeptember 2020

I should have read the reviews before I go to this store! Terrible staff no smile no greetings made sure that I walk out of the store ASAP!
