If you’re going for eyebrow threading, definitely book it with Monica!I’ve been to many eyebrow places in Sydney and she’s the only one who’s been consistently great.She even fixed my eyebrows when the other place ruined it.I loved the shape after the threading. She’s also such a great professional! 10/10!

To say this place is AMAZING would be an understatement. Thank you to BIMITA who always looks after me and does a phenomenal job with my eyebrows. She is such a beautiful Woman and her customer service is incredible! The amount of compliments I receive for my eyebrows is unbelievable. The Woman has a gift! The service here is EXCEPTIONAL. Everyone’s extremely friendly and delightful to deal with. They’re always extremely busy but the place always remains spotless! I will always recommend people here. THEY’RE THE BEST IN BUSINESS!

I got my eyebrows done from Rajshree today. She did a great job, very neatly trimmed and shaped, the way I like. She was nice & polite. I didn't have to wait as it was early in the morning. I would love to get my thread again from her. Thanks iBrows experts.

One of the worst experience in Sydney. Monika did my threading , i told her my specific problem with the shape , she didn’t mention anything in the beginning. After doing the job she told me that all i can do is clean up and can’t give you the shape you are after. On being questioned that why I wasn’t told in the beginning, she was so rude and said ‘don’t you have common sense ‘ and gave the thread to the other lady . My eyebrow is totally screwed . You are charging 30$ and your staff doesn’t even know know threading and being so atrocious to talk to the customer like this !! Never again

I got eyebrows threading from Monica yesterday. She did a great job! All done in 5 minutes and they looked perfect! Gave one star less coz its too pricey! Paid $20 for eyebrows threading only. But highly recommend Monica!!

I always come for Bimita. I got my lash extensions and brows done for a few times and she's never disappointed me. It's always beautifully done. I told her my personal preference and she did such an amazing job. My eyelashes looked full and natural, and she made sure it suits my eye shape. I'm really satisfied with the price and their service. I would highly recommend them!!

I went for an eyebrow and upper lip threading, I didn't have to wait. One lady working there took her time and performed good service on another customer, but the lady I got spent 2 minutes on me and missed so many parts. I had to go over the areas again by myself anyway. It cost $30.

I get eyelashes extensions for years and I tried this place for the first time.When she’s started, it was very uncomfortable compared to other places. She kept hitting my eyeball with eyelashes as she was working.It’s been three days and I’ve had an allergic reaction over the past 24 hours. I called to see if they could help me and they said I could come get them removed, but not offered a refund or credit.
