Be careful of other paid reviews. This is a real review. Manage Protect's email systems quarantine emails you want, and do not block most junk. We have consistently bouncing emails from our customers. To retrieve emails you have to go into a 90s style citrix server, and then only they have permission to release them for you. Many have disappeared for good. Offshore tech support is unresponsive and incompetent. Anything they cannot help with, which is most things, they outsource to a 3rd party computer technician for extra fees. We have had valuable emails not turn up from clients for months and lost work because of Manage Protect. The potential lost business is immeasurable.
