Dropped alcohol cartage with literally no notice leaving us with two large consignments stranded and impacting our relationship with our two largest customers. Shame as they'd been ok hitherto. Just when you think you've scaped the depraved depths of uselessness, carelesslessness and unprofessionalism within the freight industry, TMCC manages to trump even Fastway and Australia Post. Unbelieveable.
