Dale from Exclusive Air Conditioning was really good to deal with. He was able to come round at short notice to quote up. Explained clearly what was needed. Sent the quote soon after. Once agreed he was responsive and flexible to our needs in terms of installation. Him and his team did a great job and the finish is excellent. It was great to work with someone who was proactive with customers. It was very much appreciated! Had a good network of people to refer which I have since utilised. Highly recommended.

Dale recently supplied and installed two split system units in my house (p.s.thank-you, it's been awesome!). He was responsive and easy to deal with, gave me a thorough quote and most of all, I'm absolutely stoked with the work he did. I am writing this review as a note of appreciation to Exclusive A/C.I was facing a huge problem with needing an air conditioner and had absolutely no knowledge of air conditioners and their installation. I was totally confused, out of my depth, and out of my comfort zone, with what was involvedI moved to Cessnock and then the hot weather hit. I emailed and phoned several places for a quote. I went to numerous stores gathering prices and information to buy an air conditioner and I had not taken into consideration the difficulty of what needed to be done to install it once I had bought it.I was impressed with Dale from Exclusive Air Conditioners who came to see me the next day to give me well informed quote.Dale talked me through the size, model, the features of the air conditioner and where the best place would be to gain maximum benefits from the unit he was recommending.Dale gave me the information I needed for me to make the right decision in purchasing the air conditioner. Dale was highly recommended by some friends & we were not disappointed.He was quick to respond & came to our home to assess the situation and provide us with a quote for the replacement of our existing ducted system.We were very pleased with the quote and arranged for Dale to go ahead with organizing the new system.After about 1 1/2 weeks, we now have our new system installed and we were very impressed with Dale and his electrician Gary. They were on time and the job was completed within a few hours.We would highly recommend Dale to anyone looking for an excellent air conditioning experience.

We contact various ac installers in the Hunter Valley area for quotes to upgrade our AC system and found Exclusive Air to be the only one we contacted to give us their time, ideas and opinions on our upgrade as well as a fast turn around time on his quotes.The boys at Exclusive were the most knowledgeable and helpful, they did our install with no fuss, took the old system away and cleaned everything up. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

We highly recommend Dale for all your Air Conditioning needs, His reliable and his work is outstanding. Our A/C blew up just before Christmas and Dale went above and beyond to help us out, the care he showed us was unbelievable. Dale came back to fix our A/C when he was on his holiday break just to make sure we had it fixed and running for Christmas. Top bloke.

I cannot recommend Dale from Exclusive Air Conditioning enough. He gave a brilliantly priced quote promptly and the job he did was above and beyond my expectations. The icing on the cake for me was Dale arranged for someone to pick up my old unit so no mess left outside and certainly none left inside. Dale has supplied, installed and now maintains our ducted units & older split systems at work and is always professional, reliable and honest with the service he provides. He has also installed a new ducted unit at my home today and did a fantastic job with a high level of workmanship leaving my home in a clean and tidy condition.
