We had a blockage which caused us to be unable to use a toilet. Daniel came out on the same night and helped us out in no time at all. Thank you!

They replaced my hot water system. Came out one day to see what was wrong then out the next day to replace the unit.Great service, efficient and very easy to deal with. Highly recommend and i will use them again in the future.

I called Velco after hours and they came out surprisingly quick! They did an excellent job and it wasn’t too expensive (as I was quoted for elsewhere…) I had Daniel and he was super friendly which helped, will definitely recommend to friends and use them in the future.

If I could give Daniel 10 stars I would! High quality, professional and friendly customer service. Daniel goes above and beyond for his clients and helped us when when had a shower emergency. Very rare to see this level of service today. I’ll be recommending Daniel to everyone!
