Salon Express Wanneroo

I LOVE this salon, wouldn't go anywhere else have been a customer for the past 5+ years - no matter what I'm looking for they achieve it. Staff are always friendly and attentive. The Manager Kara is an asset to this business her professionalism and smooth running of the salon is second to none and does not go unnoticed when your in the chair.

the photo i showed them had many strands of blonde through out the whole head but on my head there’s literally only three strands on each side and looks nothing like i wanted it to be. i paid $244 for not what i wanted.

Terrible customer service, poor booking system, inaccurate wait times, made a booking got told 1 hour went walking came back got told another 20 mins and the person who had booked after me was sitting in the chair having her hair done. I had 2 kids 10 mins tops each and we are waiting getting put behind people having a full style thing going on. It appears all Salon Expresses share the same traits just going to give this chain a wide birth from now on.

I tried this hairdresser for the first time having never been to a salon express before. I wasn’t sure what to expect after reading some of the reviews on Google as they were very mixed. I had a great experience, the stylist Sara really listened to me and took the time to get my haircut perfect. I also had my hair washed with a treatment which has made my hair feel really good. Sara was friendly and not too chatty (which I loved!) she also took the time to blow dry my hair properly and didn’t rush to move on to the next customer which I often find happens with other stylists at other salons. Best salon experience I’ve had in a long time thank you.

Such an amazing salon! Lovely staff!My hairdresser sat and listened to what I wanted and took the time to let me know all my options & made sure I was happy with my hair when I left, she did an amazing job especially due to the condition of my hair when I walked in, thank you so much! Will be going back for sure!

I can not thank all the ladies in the salon enough for the service I received last night. My family have been thru a bit lately, and to be pampered was just what I needed. I wish I could thank each and every one of all the staff for making me feel so relaxed… unfortunately I was not wearing my glasses to give all your names but thank you Thursday arvo staff at Wanneroo xxI was there to also see a very upset teen in tears with how her hair was from a previous oops, to leave elated with a huge smile. You are all a gorgeous crew and not only make a client feel special, but also a person with feelings, and you listen.Thank you all so much for putting sunshine in my day xx

Worst haircut of my life. Took in a photo of what I wanted….was nothing like it. Cut my fine hair so short i looked like a boy.. uneven and terrible.still feel traumatised by the experience.

I was so disappointed in the haircut my son was given. My partner took him for a haircut before he started school and asked the lady multiple times to fix his hair she just ended up messing it up more! I will not be going back

Had my hair done by Mandy yesterday, she is a deadset magician! I’m so happy with my hair, entire experience was lovely. Mandy even gave my little lady a hot chocolate whilst waiting for my hair to process. Thanks Mandy!
