We were looking at buying a camping clothesline, they had one on sale, one of the assistants came over to assist us he showed us how to alter the height etc. I liked how easy it was to alter plus it folds down, is lightweight and is stored in a bag. We decided to get one. Teiran is a credit to the store, he was friendly, courteous and very helpful.

Would have to be the worst ( non ) service I have ever had. No greeting, looked at chairs for 10 mins, finally asked for help. Begrudgingly came over and had no idea of product . Left empty handed, it was all too hard.

Usually big stores suffer from poor service leaving you to search unproductively for specific items. I am happy to report that for all all of my recent visits, the personal service ( especially by the friendlyyoung lady) has been exemplary. Thank you BCF.
