Wait time for one meal was 15 minutes wasn’t busy and only one other customer in store, chips and chicken where dry, asked for extra salt on fry’s never received it, fry’s where just chucked in the box not in a container, store had crumbs through the whole store.Paid $15 for a box that didn’t even look like a $5 box ):

The food taste wise was good and pretty fresh. However the service got our order wrong even after saying it twice. One time too many.At.osphere was okay.

Front counter unattended. Apparently only the drive through matters. Was at least 5 minutes before my order was taken. Then another customer went through the same lengthy wake before I eventually got my order.

Bought roast chicken and fried chicken pieces at the drive through. Chicken was very dry and salty. Will never buy there again.

I feel fat after eating all that. the sauce on the spicy chicken tasted like something I would buy at the store and then sprinkled a bunch of pepper on it. I got a bbq bacon cheeseburger and chips. chips are always good at red rooster and burgers too. don't order reds combo cause the burger has practically no chicken. even though there was a lot of drink choice it was mainly different variants of the same brand so it would be cool to see mountain dew or ginger ale or something like that. more mash in the mash and gravy would've been lit. zamn zaniel if I ordered here again I would get the zame thing. 5 starts

Purchased a 3 piece satisfier" out of which 2 pieces were wings. After speaking with the NON friendly staff I was told they only use the smaller pieces of chicken for that particular meal

Incredible service as sir Ethan benlarder cooked and gave us our meal in excellent timing. The lack of fellow customers along with the eiry atmosphere due to the lack of music made me just at piece. Allowing me to indulge completely in my meal as the crunch of the dry chicken scathed it’s way down my throat. Only 1 crackhead walked in and considering this is Helensvale that’s a record broken. 10 out of 10 would red rooster again.

First and last visit. The chicken was more bone than meat. The chips were very salty. The best part of the meal was the bottle of water.

For my first time going there, I would give a zero star rating if I could , crew memeber on her phone, not wearing hats so unhygienic what happend to health and safety also received the wrong chicken meaning I was overcharged staff are just rude and laugh and point at customers disgusting I don’t know that I will go back there, what happend to the good people that worked there!!
