Been dealing with Daniel from speedie for years for work equipment. Always professional and friendly. Good work and time taken.

Years ago they may've been good, but now, it's all fallen apart...I was charged $90+gst and they admit they did nothing. We took in a hydraulic scissor lift trolley that wouldn't lift up.They claim they check it and there's nothing wrong.First time we went to use it again it won't go up.When we called them about the issue, the service has gone from bad to worse. the Owner told me that I was anoying him by calling and expecting anything better.When we received it back, we checked it without any weight on it and put it aside... next time we used it for a job, it won't lift up with less than half of the weight it is built for. I've called up to ask about it, he says he remembers it and they tested it, couldn't fault it so returned it untouched... When I asked about bringing it back, he said I need the invoice, I told him the date and value of the payment but he said it's too hard for him to look up, I have to produce the invoice.We know it stopped working, which is why we took it in for repair... he's now claiming that there was nothing wrong with it... I wonder if he know's how to test it at all...In the same conversation, he said they charge $125 per hour 'cos that's what others charge and he feels he deserves the same, yet can't provide the same service, back up his work or .He has no staff left that are qualified to perform the hydraulic repairs. There was a great guy there, but he left to Victoria.
