Great day out on the water! Perfect weather, great customer service and instruction from the team. Also very reasonably priced, $85 for 2hrs. Whilst didn’t pull in anything large enough to take home, will definitely be back to try again soon.

Called them to quote a boat hire and the person sounded rude, didn't give any atention and hung up on me. Need to improve the way they treat their customers. Terrible service!!

Well priced boat hire to explore a beautiful part of NSW. The staff here are super friendly and helpful. The boats are easy to operate and get you around Pittwater well enough. You'll need a bit of time as there's lots to explore and the boats are restricted to 8hp engines. The boats could do with a bit of a clean-up, but you don't really notice once you're out on the water enjoying the day.ONE BIG WORD OF WARNING is that they don't mention that parking will cost you $40. There are only about 3 spaces allocated to Boat House customers that are inevitably filled by 5am arrivals out fishing so you'll be left no choice but to pay for the council operated ticketed parking in Governer Philip Park. A very disappointing move by the local council which has negatively impacted the review that I'm giving this local business. Such a shame... $40 is robbery.

This is a neat little operation. Friendly service and a great cost effective way to explore the Pittwater. We got a 4.29m runabout which is practically indestructible and rented it for 4 hours racking up a tidy bill of $120. Totally worth it! We got an 8hp engine which does the job. I definitely recommend trying this out.

I have been hiring boats from these guys for 15+ years. Boats always run well, staff are friendly and helpful and it's a great area for fishing. I recommend booking in the summer months. Only downside is paying $35 for Council parking if you plan to stay for 4 hours.

I regular Palm Beach quite often but have never taken a boat out until the other day...Wow! Just wow!From the moment the family and I walked in we felt welcome, I wasn’t sure if they’d take walk ins but a young fella (Marty/Matty?) helped us get sorted out and squared away in a quick albeit efficient manner.These young grasshoppers seems to know the ins and outs of pretty much anything you throw at them these days (laughing out loud), really impressed with this young mans knowledge, wit, and professionalism.The hire went as you’d expect, the waters stunning from the shore, but something you have to experience while on a boat.Half way through the trip we ending up seeing the same fella in the big wet and checked in on us to see how we’re travelling and if there’s anything he can help with . Real stand up gent.Great experience! Highly recommend! Great Australian owned and operated business!

Excellent customer service and quick response.We can catch a lot of fish almost all the time including a few large size fish.We are sad to see our favorite boat, old Party Pantoon, that has retired.. I hope they will have a boat without roof or less roof like old party pantoon so that makes fishing easier.

Excellent time spent on the boat. Best location with stunning sceneries. We took our two pups along, and they had the time of their life. The boats are hired at the most reasonable prices. I couldn’t have asked for more.

Initially I was a bit upset because my booking was cancelled on the day I was going, due to an issue with their booking system.They apologized several times and gave me a discount on my next booking as a good faith demonstration, and when I got there last Sunday the front desk bloke was really nice and polite.These guys managed to turn an unpleasant situation into a great experience, so I totally recommend it as the boat tour is simply amazing and their boats and service are great!
