I must say, outstanding customer service. The quote I received over the phone was actually reduced once the guys turned up onsite as I'd clearly overstated the job. The job was completed quickly and they tidied up afterwards. Really impressed! Would not hesitate to use again.

As we Know AA Adonis rubbish removal is a famous or brilliant brand to provide wastage services. But it’s popularity does not mean that it really should provide effective services. The main thing I want to say that I am not satisfied from their services because they don't show any punctuality in their work. So check out first to choose them.

These fellows did a good job today, they were very obliging on the telephone when I made the arrangement and exceptionally decent when they come to my garage and, cleanup all my waste under my garage which was an extremely intense and difficult clean. Their rubbish removal charges are affordable so we can again use their services even after short term of interval. The service and feedback from the team was excellent.

I just want to say AA Adonis has some really great staff. Although I didn't end up taken on their service as I got help from a friend in the end. Andrew gave me the best customer service. I called AA Adonis for a quote and he gave me a rough estimate from what I described , he said he can come visit my place to quote a proper price upon seeing the rubbish and it would be cheaper. I told him that I had other companies visiting in the morning and Andrew said if you're not happy with their price to call him and he can come straight over as he lives close by. He even called me back to tell me to make sure I checkout the companies reviews and to not keep any cash with me. He also called the next morning to ask how it all went, even though he didn't get my job he was polite and friendly and gave me good wishes. Unlike another company that went out at me for cancelling their visit because they couldn't get my business. So thank you Andrew for being a great person with great manners and great customer service.
