Temple & Grace Jewellery: Engagement & Wedding Rings

I went to Temple & Grace after going to a few of the jewellers in the city. The quality of the rings was amazing, but what solidified it for me was the people. They went above and beyond, even to the extent of driving me my ring the evening before i flew out overseas to propose. Carol at T&G is the absolute pinnacle of passion for her craft and customer service. I will recommend them to every one of my friends. For a once in a lifetime decision, they offer a once in a lifetime experience - 10/10

Our visit to the Sydney showroom of Temple & Grace proved to be very helpful with a knowledgeable and not pushy sales assistant that answered all of our questions. The pre-order and online ordering experience of a custom wedding ring was smooth with Temple & Grace allowing all the customisations I requested to be made and there was great email communication throughout. As a heads up, if you want the 'making of' video of your jewellery, you should request it in the additional comments field at the time of ordering. While there was some miscommunication with my order, this was resolved by customer service, so I overall had a good experience with Temple & Grace.

Purchased a Black Diamond Tennis Bracelet from Temple and Grace. The picture from the website does not do the item justice... It looks 100x better in real life!!The craftsmanship of the bracelet, and the brilliance and luster of the black diamonds are unreal! Carol was amazing at helping me and my wife select our wedding rings and we couldn't have done it without her. She was so calm and patient even though we can be indecisive and even fast-tracked the delivery along for us for them to be back in time before the wedding. The experience of getting our wedding rings has been amazing from the start! Myself and my partner travelled to Sydney and accidentally arrived a week earlier for our ring fitting appointment however they still welcomed us in. I fell in love with my wedding ring instantly. The assistance we received to both find rings that we both love and within our budget was amazing! They have arrived today (within 2 business days!!) packaged up nicely. I’m not sure how I’m going to keep it off my finger for another 8 months before our big day. Thank you thank you thank you! Planning a wedding can be stressful but it was such a smooth process. I will be back if I ever need jewellery in the future! :)

Great service from Carol at Temple & Grace (Edgecliff) in creating our wedding bands, very attentive to all our needs and requests, offered complimentary engraving as well. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a huge variety of male and female rings to choose from and exceptional service!
