Happy overall with th experience very good staff and product knowledge, just a shame deliver timelines got stretched out so much from original expectations.Happy with the canopy though great look on the new BT 50.

Went in for an awning for the Navara, showed salesman pic of my vehicle (just parked outside), he proceeded to tell me I just need these adapters, I asked him three times if he would look at my roof rails, which he finally did and then told me he couldn't help me with a solution.... wow I thought ARB was better than that and I find it hard to believe they have nothing for a late model Nissan Navara.....

Came in store today to buy a new roof rack for an upcoming road trip. There was absolutely no acknowledgement, let alone assistance from any staff member at all - one even walked right past us as we entered. They were not busy... only one other customer in the store. A staff member finally tried to speak with us as we exited the building but honestly, if this is reflective of their service, no thanks!!

Popped into today after a melt down while picking up a camper trailer. Nee needed an adjustable hitch. Answered phones twice when I rang and where happy to help with my questions. Held stock until we arrived. Very pleasant
