Seriously cannot say enough good things about the Full Time Program at TAFTA. Such an incredible variety of amazing advice from some seriously cool people. A place that really nurtures creativity and pushes you to be the best that you can be!!

Just completed the full time program and I thought it was a great course! John and all the teachers were so knowledgeable and experienced and I learned so much about the different elements to acting and there was also a lot of emphasis on how to navigate the industry, which was really practical and helpful. Loved doing the course!!!

had an incredible time during the full time course. the content, teaching staff and general environment that TAFTA provide make it impossible NOT to grow both as an actor, and as a person. the memories made and skills learned with classmates that i now see as close friends, have given me a much more optimistic view on my own skills and abilities, and the future that awaits me in my career.Cheers John, Jar, Carlia, Carla and the rest of you legends at TAFTA!

Definitely recommend the full time course if you're serious about acting! I took away much more from it than I would have expected.

Fantastic school! They are very well connected in the industry and really help the actors to reach their goals. They work with the TOP agents and casting directors in Australia - really giving the actors a chance to be seen by the RIGHT people. If you are thinking of signing up for an acting school in Melbourne - don't give it a second thought. The best! We always recommend actors in Perth who go over east to do their programs. Just awesome!

I have been studying at TAFTA for years now and I’ve never experienced a facility that has such a variety of teaching staff, specialising in different methodologies and also different professions! (Working actors, casting directors, agents, producers, script writers, voice teachers etc!)I have gained a in-depth knowledge of what it takes to create honest and truthful performances but also knowledge on how to navigate the business side of the industry. Majority of my industry contacts have come through TAFTA!John Orcsik, the head of TAFTA, is a man that truly cares for any performer who walks through those doors and will do what he can to help you along the way to becoming a working actor.The rest of the staff are also super supportive and you really feel like part of a community once you have done some classes.Take the leap, try out a class and learn from working professionals!

I am still yet to fully complete the Full Time Course that TAFTA runs, but what I can say is that for the 3 Months I was there I found the course to be one of the best for anyone wanting to be an Actor. I have done part of an Acting Course at a different place, and the teaching style at TAFTA is far greater, and better for anyone wanting to get into Acting. It just feels more personable, and really helps more in terms of helping you to learn to be vulnerable, and because most of the course is done on camera, it helps to get you not to be shy on camera in the future.You are taught so much here, I learned and attained a great deal for my future in pursuing Acting, in just my short 3 Months here. Great value for money. Also the staff, and teachers are all wonderful! I had personal matters get in the way of my first attempt at the Full Time Course, and instead of kicking me out, or failingme John has allowed me to go back at a later stage and take the course again, which is something you won't really get anywhere else. The staff care about you, and support you if you have any personal matters going on, because once you're accepted, you instantly become part of the TAFTA family.I loved my first go around at the Full Time Course, and am looking forward to my second chance to fully complete it.Also, John Orcsik is an absolute character, you will love him!
