What a fibre artist/sewer/knitter/crochet persons dream shop!!! Do yourself a favour and go have a look at their wonderfully eclectic range of fabrics and wools....so good!

By far the best craft store I've ever been to. As a young male I'm normally ignored in craft stores but here I'm treated exactly the same as anyone else who walks through the door which is refreshing.

Lovely store with a beautiful range

I placed an Internet order with this company on 16 July 2019. After waiting for more than two weeks for my order to arrive, it was incorrect when I did receive it on Friday, 2 August 2019. I ordered and paid for a quantity of 4 x KPC Yarn Gossyp 4ply in Limewash and a quantity of 2 x Cowgirlblues DK 100% Merino in Seagrass, but I only got TWO of the KPC Yarn instead of the FOUR that I ordered (the Cowgirlblues were all accounted for).I immediately rang the owner on the mobile number listed on the website on Friday, 2 August 2019 but only got her voicemail, so I left a message explaining what had occurred and asked for my call to be returned so that we could sort it out. When I didn’t receive a call-back by Tuesday, 6 August 2019, I again contacted the owner on her mobile only to get voicemail yet again. I left another message asking for my call to be returned so that the issue with my order may be resolved. Still no response after waiting for a week (14 August 2019) for my phone calls to be returned.I was owed a refund of $21.00 OR the 2 x KPC Yarn Gossyp 4ply in Limewash that I didn’t receive. Ended up having to lodge a claim through PayPal to recover my loss. But let me be very clear - it’s NOT about the money - rather, it’s about the rudeness of ignoring my phone calls as a new client, not bothering to offer an apology and the utter lack of interest in amicably resolving the issue.Oh, my goodness - WHY was all this drama necessary? It was such an easy thing to fix ... EXTREMELY disappointed with the customer service from this shop! Fellow crafters would be well advised to give this business a complete miss if you’d like to avoid what I had encountered.ADDIT : In response to the owner’s reply - this is the first word that I’ve heard of any illness - I was told by the owner that she’d been away to the Bendigo show and that things were therefore a bit hectic - NOTHING about being ill. Also, I received one email - not emails plural. And, my money was only refunded once PayPal got involved ... just saying.
