Very poor quality. You can’t even get your money back if they are not able to provide you a high quality service. The receiver complained that they received too many copies of the same fax, though there was no confirmation on the website.

My professional office has been using GoFax since the NBN service first became available and we lost our traditional fax service capability. They bend over backwards to help if you have any queries or problems and respond to your calls quickly.Well done GoFax.Highly Recommended !!!!!

GoFax were extremely helpful in getting our email to Fax system set up. I first used the on line Chat option to answer some of my questions. They followed up promptly and then stepped me through the process of setting everything up. The dashboard is very user friendly and the local-based" customer support checked in on things a few days later to make sure everything was running smoothly. Cannot fault them."
